I sometimes hate being a purist. One example is watching a series of films, or, re-watching them. I have to see them all in order, can't skip around, and definitely won't forgo watching one because everyone else is already one step ahead. I'm in this situation now, damn having too much work. Kinda sucks because now I have to sit out of the last film in the Star Wars series as well to keep with my purism.
